1) Base material covering profile

Composite Wood

  • 75 % wood + 10 % corn starch + 15 % polypropylene
  • Water resistance for indoor use
  • Form stability and high mechanical durability
  • No formaldehydes and 100 % recyclable
  • Bending resistance of 50 N/mm2 (7251 psi)
  • Density of 0.081 lbs/f3
  • Swelling after 2 hours of water immersion: 2 %
  • Impact resistance: 5.2 kJ/m (1170 pound-foot force)
  • Incineration class B2 of ÖNORM/Prenorm B 3800 part 1

2) PO-Adhesive

  • Extremely resistant
  • High water resistance for indoors use
  • No formaldehydes or solvents
  • Heat resistant up to 120°C (248°F)
